  3. Play C# (Major third) — 4 semitones above A
  4. Play D# (Diminished fifth) — 6 semitones above A
  5. Play F (Minor sixth) — 8 semitones above A
  6. Play G (Minor seventh) — 10 semitones above A
  7. Play all 6 notes in ascending order to perform the A whole tone scale
