- Play C (Major second) — 2 semitones above A#
- Play D# (Perfect fourth) — 5 semitones above A#
- Play F (Perfect fifth) — 7 semitones above A#
- Play G# (Minor seventh) — 10 semitones above A#
- Play all 5 notes in ascending order to perform the A# neutral pentatonic
