How to play the D neutral pentatonic
- Find D (Root) on the piano keyboard
- Play E (Major second) — 2 semitones above D
- Play G (Perfect fourth) — 5 semitones above D
- Play A (Perfect fifth) — 7 semitones above D
- Play C (Minor seventh) — 10 semitones above D
- Play all 5 notes in ascending order to perform the D neutral pentatonic
