The D persian scale consists of the D (Perfect unison), Eb (Minor second), F# (Major third), G (Perfect fourth), Ab (Diminished fifth), Bb (Minor sixth) and C# (Major seventh) notes.

How to play the D persian scale
- Find D (Root) on the piano keyboard
- Play Eb (Minor second) — 1 semitone above D
- Play F# (Major third) — 4 semitones above D
- Play G (Perfect fourth) — 5 semitones above D
- Play Ab (Diminished fifth) — 6 semitones above D
- Play Bb (Minor sixth) — 8 semitones above D
- Play C# (Major seventh) — 11 semitones above D
- Play all 7 notes in ascending order to perform the D persian scale
